Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and signature. If you prefer delivery by Chronopost (EMS service) an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

-   Shipping to France : Colissimo Suivi (assurance 23€ by kilo) - 2 days.
-   Shipping to UE : Colissimo Suivi Europe (assurance 23€ by kilo) - 5 to 7 days.
-   Shipping outside UE : Colissimo Suivi International (assurance 23€ by kilo) - 7 to 10 days.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Returns

You can return an item within 7 days at your own expense. The item have to be unused and in new condition. Both the returned item and its packaging has to be in unused as new condition.
